HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

All of our meals are ready in minutes, freshly pre-cooked so that most prep work is done. They are delivered fresh (not frozen) just heat and serve around your table.

Carbonara Chicken Tortellini + Fresh Steamed Peas + Parmesan

 

Chicken Tortellini

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
Boil: Bring 2 litres of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the tortellini into the boiling water carefully and simmer for 6-8 minutes, strain carefully. 

Carbonara Sauce with bacon and Mushroom

Stove: Place sauce into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 3-5 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Green Peas
Boil: Bring 1 litre of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the peas into the boiling water carefully and simmer for 2 minutes strain gently.
Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Parmesan: No cooking required.

 Classic Chicken Parmigiana + Roasted Vegetables + Green Peas

Chicken Parmigiana

Oven: Remove plastic film, place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes at 180oc until golden on top and heated throughout.

Roasted Vegetables

Oven: place vegetable sin a suitable roasting tray and place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180oc until heated through.
Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
Green Peas

Boil: Bring 1 litre of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the peas into the boiling water carefully and simmer for 2 minutes strain gently.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
Creamy Penne Carbonara + Seasonal Greens + Shaved Parmesan

Seasonal Greens

Fragrant Thai Red Chicken Curry + Steamed Rice + Mixed Greens
 Thai Red Curry Chicken

Stove: Place sauce into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

Rice

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Large Hearty Beef Lasagne + Mixed Seasonal Greens

Mild Butter Chicken + Basmati Rice + Steamed Mixed Greens

Butter Chicken

 Stove: Place sauce into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Rice

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Parmesan Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel + Mash + Seasonal Greens

Chicken Schnitzel

Oven: Remove plastic film, place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180oc until golden on top and heated throughout.

Mash

Microwave: remove lid from tub and replace loosely. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes stirring half way through.

Boil: Bring 1 litre of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the vegetables into the boiling water carefully and simmer for 2 minutes strain gently.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

 

Pumpkin and Baby Spinach Risotto + Seasonal Vegetables + Parmesan (V)

Pumpkin & Spinach Risotto

Stove: Place risotto into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 7-10 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout. Be careful not to cook on high heat to avoid risotto sticking

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

 Rich & Creamy Mushroom Risotto + Green Peas + Shaved Parmesan (V)

Mushroom Risotto

Stove: Place risotto into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 7-10 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout. Be careful not to cook on high heat to avoid risotto sticking

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Large Rustic Italian Beef Meatballs + Napoli Sauce + Spaghetti

Meatballs in Napoli Sauce 

Oven: Place sauce & meatballs into suitable baking dish and bake at 220oc for 12-15 minutes

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Spaghetti

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Boil: Bring 2 litres of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the spaghetti into the boiling water carefully and boil for 2 mins, strain carefully and serve

 

 Large Rustic Vegetarian Lasagne + Seasonal Greens (V)

Vegetarian Lasagne 

Oven: Remove plastic film, place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180oc until golden on top.

Slow Cooked Beef Ragu + Spaghetti + Seasonal Greens + Parmesan + Turkish Garlic Bread

Beef Ragu

Stove: Place sauce into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 5-7 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Spaghetti

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Boil: Bring 2 litres of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the spaghetti into the boiling water carefully and boil for 2 mins, strain carefully and serve

Oven: Remove plastic film. Place in a preheated oven on 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Parmesan: No cooking required.

Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry + Vegetable Fried Rice

Teriyaki Beef

Stove: Place sauce into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

Vegetarian Fried Rice

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.

 

Traditional Italian Gnocchi + Romana Sauce + Seasonal Green Vegetables (V)

Potato Gnocchi

Pan Fry: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat with 2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil. Once hot add in the gnocchi carefully and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Boil: Bring 2 litres of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Tip the gnocchi into the boiling water carefully and simmer. Once the gnocchi have risen to the surface strain gently. 

Romana Sauce

Stove: Place sauce into a suitable pot and gently simmer for 3-5 minutes stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

Microwave: Pierce film and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Peel film carefully and allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
