Rich and Creamy Mushroom Risotto with Green Peas and Shaved Parmesan (V)


Our mushroom risotto is a true labour of love, made the traditional way labouring over arborio rice with vegetable stock, sautéed onion & parmesan cheese.

We finish it by adding in freshly sautéed mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms to add really add a rich depth of flavour. We pair this with some freshly steamed sweet green peas to help cut through the richness and freshly shaved parmesan to give it that rich indulgent finish.

A rich and hearty meal guaranteed to leave everyone with full bellies and smile!
