Pumpkin and Baby Spinach Risotto with Seasonal Vegetables and Shaved Parmesan (V)
Our classic risotto is a true labour of love, made the traditional way labouring over arborio rice with vegetable stock and sautéed onion to give it that extra depth of flavour.
We finish it by adding in a good healthy dose of sweet pumpkin and fresh baby spinach giving a rich vibrant finish. We pair this with some freshly steamed green veggies and freshly shaved parmesan to give it that rich indulgent finish.
A dish made easy and sure to impress around the table.
