Large Rustic Vegetarian Lasagne and Seasonal Greens (V)
Our hearty full on vegetarian lasagne is not one for the faint hearted.
We build ours big using a rustic eggplant tomato sauce and layer it up with juicy roasted red capsicums, sweet roasted pumpkin, creamy spinach & ricotta, fresh pasta sheets all finished with our classic béchamel sauce topped with parmesan, cheddar & mozzarella cheese.
Served simply with a side of mixed seasonal greens for a vegetarian meal everyone will enjoy.
Note: This meal is best served from the oven, it will take 30 minutes to heat through
