Yes of course! We know life is busy and sometimes unpredictable. You can easily manage the flexibility of your subscription through the account management portal. As our meals are made fresh to order we will require 7 days notice for any changes.
I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION, CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT MEALS?
Yes most definitely. All of our meals are family favourites so we know you will want to try them all with your family. Each week you will be sent an email asking if you would like to keep the same meals (from the prior week) or try new meals – it is a simple click to change your selection. As our meals are made fresh to order we will require 7 days notice for changes.
CAN I ORDER WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes you can! We know that the needs of every family are different, for some families the convenience of a subscription is really helpful for others it is a barrier. To cater for all families we offer you the choice to subscribe and save or "order as you need". This also allows you to purchase our meals as a gift for those you love and care for.
